You may have tried many kinds of wines🍷, but have you heard of Orange wine🍊? A biodynamic Spanish winery, Escoda-Sanahuja, made an “Orange White Wine” by using Chenin Blanc grapes that are macerated with their skins and stalks for a period of time to release colour and tannin into the wine, putting an amber coat on this white wolf. It has the freshness of white wines as well as the texture from tannin, it is unfiltered so it is lively and need decanting to get rid of the sediments. Not only the taste of honey and dried fruits comes to your palate but also Chinese pickled fruits🍑, which together that stun your palate, which gives you a unforgettable experience!
