Rare Cask is crafted from less than 1% of the rare first-fill sherry casks in the Macallan warehouses. The European oak contributes notes of raisin, dark chocolate, and woody cinnamon, while the American oak brings layers of vanilla sweetness, creating remarkable depth and complexity. No caramel coloring is added; this expression was released as a limited edition in 2023.
