Saicho is a premium tea brand founded by Hong Kong entrepreneur Natalie Chiu and her husband Charlie Winkworth-Smith, dedicated to crafting sparkling cold-brew teas with elegance and precision.

Each tea in their collection is sourced from a single origin, highlighting the purity and unique character of its terroir. The leaves undergo a meticulous 24-hour cold-brew process, followed by delicate carbonation, resulting in a texture that’s silky-smooth and champagne-like — perfect for pairing with fine cuisine or elevating any occasion.

Jasmine made from the Fuding Big White Leaf cultivar is grown in the mountainous region of Fuding, Fujian province, China, at an altitude of approximately 500 meters. Handpicked in early spring, the tea leaves are dried and stored until summer, when jasmine flowers are in full bloom.

Picked at midday while still closed, the blossoms open at night, releasing their fragrance, which is absorbed by the tea. The flowers are removed by hand the next morning, and the scenting process is repeated over several nights until the aroma reaches perfect harmony. Finally, the tea is dried to remove moisture, resulting in a delicate and elegant jasmine green tea.
