This cuvée comes from one of the best parcels: L'Ombrée.
It faces north in the middle of the slope, under the cliff of Pic Saint Loup. The scree soil of limestone chips is well-drained. The vine in a cool and humid climate does not suffer from summer drought, where aged Syrah grows well. This results in obtaining a beautiful maturity combining elegance and an excellent balance between quality of tannins, acidity and aromas.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet and brilliant. Intense nose of red and black berries, with hints of sweet spices, garrigue, licorice and violet. An explosion of Syrah brings out the lovely freshness, velvety texture and endless finish.
