Immich-Batterieberg 是 Mosel 最具歷史的酒莊之一，自 1425 年由 Immich 家族創立及掌舵，直至 1989 年。2009 年由才華洋溢的釀酒師 Gernot Kollmann 及夥伴接手復興。
Zeppwingert 是酒莊最具代表性的頂級地塊之一。在 1868 年的普魯士葡萄園分級中被列為最高等級，可說是 Mosel 中部最好的風土之一。擁有大量超過 100 年的無接枝老藤（Ungrafted vines），紮根的土壤以石英含量極高的灰色板岩為主，賦予 Riesling 深度和結構。
Zeppwingert Reserve 更為罕有。只選取 Zeppwingert 最頂端兩個梯田的葡萄，風土最為極致；果粒金黃、細小、低產量。並非每年出產，2018 年只釀造一桶 (300升)，限量出產數百瓶，彌足珍貴。

Immich-Batterieberg is one of the most historic estates in the Mosel. Founded and helmed by the Immich family since 1425 (until 1989), it was revived in 2009 by the talented winemaker Gernot Kollmann and his partners.
Its premier site, Zeppwingert, was ranked in the highest tier of the 1868 Prussian Classification, representing some of the finest terroir in the Middle Mosel. It is home to centenarian ungrafted vines on quartzite-grey slate, which imparts remarkable depth and structure to the Rieslings.
The exceptionally rare Zeppwingert Reserve is crafted exclusively from the highest two terraces of the vineyard — the ultimate expression of its terroir. These golden, tiny, low-yield berries are only harvested in select years. The 2018 vintage, limited to just one 300-litre cask, yielded only a few hundred bottles, making it a true collector’s gem.

Aged on the lees for 18 months, the 2018 Enkircher Zeppwingert Riesling Reserve is very intense and concentrated on the nose. Slightly caramelly on the palate, this is a fresh, pure, crystalline and finely tannic Riesling.

What an amazing, gunpowder nose! Then, with aeration, beautiful golden- fruit aromas slowly unfurl. Powerful and properly dry, but also so refined, this is one of those wines where you have to pick the moment very carefully, also due to the very limited production. Very long and delicate finish.
音樂欣賞：布拉姆斯一號交響曲集合偉大，意境，優美，激情。曾被19世紀德國著名指揮家漢斯·馮·畢羅喻為貝多芬第十號，這次特別選出第四樂章，邊聽邊喝Zeppwingert絕對是偉大的享受。
布拉姆斯一號第四樂章開始宏偉浩蕩，接著精心安排的Pizzicato兩音組勾弦。畫面一轉，用法國號吹奏經典阿爾卑斯山上感覺的Alphorn Theme，像微風飄來遠方的樂韻，充斥著充滿優美意境的畫面，再與長笛一唱一和收結。之後優美的弦樂旋律起舞，漸漸步入山峰，羣山起伏，雲霧逐漸上升而形成壯麗雲海。整首布拉姆斯一號交響曲絕對是經典，一聽難忘，更暗藏了布拉姆斯對貝多芬的敬意，是古典音樂計貝多芬九號交響曲後絕不能錯過的偉大作品。
