Château Giscours 位於波爾多瑪歌產區,1855年被列為三級莊。其歷史可追溯至1330年,當時已有文獻記載「Guyscoutz」貴族莊園。數百年來,一代代具遠見的莊主持續擴展葡萄園,並奠定了酒莊卓越的地位,如今由 Albada Jelgersma 家族延續這份傳統。

於 100% 法國橡木桶,幼細及中度烘烤,47% 新木桶,53% 一次桶,歷時 15 至 18 個月。每 3 個月換桶一次,使用蠟燭。以蛋白澄清。

呈深石榴紅-紫色,酒香奔放,帶有黑加侖子、黑莓與紅醋栗的氣息,並伴隨雪松木箱、玫瑰與鉛筆芯的細微香氣。酒體中等至飽滿,果味集中而有力量,單寧緊緻帶顆粒感,餘韻悠長。
Château Giscours, located in the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux, is a prestigious estate classified as a Third Growth in 1855. Its history dates back to 1330, when records mentioned the noble house of “Guyscoutz.” Through the centuries, visionary proprietors have enlarged the vineyard and built Château Giscours into a benchmark of excellence, with the Albada Jelgersma family continuing this tradition today.
Château Giscours believes that great wine comes from harmony between the land, the vines, nature’s rhythms, and the people who care for them. Guided by this spirit, the estate is committed to sustainable viticulture, with half of its vineyard organically cultivated, preserving balance and respecting both the land and its community.

Vinification:
Concrete and stainless steel tanks, thermoregulated. Pumping over carried out according to the lots. Fermentation temperature is 26 to 28°C. Total vatting time is 18 to 28 days. Horizontal pneumatic and vertical mechanical used in pressing.
Ageing:
100% French oak barrels(fine grain and medium toast), 47% new oak , 53% oak of 1 wine, for 15 to 18 months. Racking every 3 months with candle. Fining using egg white.

Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2015 Giscours opens with expressive cassis, blackberry and red currants on the nose with touches of cedar chest, roses and pencil lead. Medium to full-bodied with a good core of muscular fruit and firm, grainy tannins, it finishes long.
