月光系列所使用的葡萄，均是採摘自清晨或者傍晚。Jean-Luc Baldès 先生也借月光葡萄酒向我們講述了一個古老的故事：在十七世紀的時候，葡萄農人為了減少向莊園主人交的葡萄，以及減少賦稅，便趁著天黑，在月光的陪伴下採摘葡萄。

釀造：
手工摘收，“放血”釀制法。葡萄經過浸泡，將果汁連同果實一起發酵，獲得合適的顏色後，果汁如同放血般從槽中引出，然後在法國橡木桶中繼續發酵6個月，最後在酒莊裝瓶。
品酒筆記：
誘人的粉紅色，濃郁的果香，Malbec 獨有包括覆盆子、草莓等漿果的迷人香氣。味覺有極好的平衡感與令人愉悅的回味。
For the Moon Wines, the grapes are harvest in the cool of dawn. Jean-Luc Baldès wanted to reproduce a wine of this name made in the 17th century, when peasant farmers used to pick the grapes during the night so as to purloin part of the local lord’s harvest and thus also have to pay him less in taxes.

Tasting Notes:
An attractive pronounced pink. Fruity nose, typical Malbec, crystalised raspberries and strawberries, and spices, with a little touch of aniseed. In the mouth, supple, rounded and very fruity at first, with a long finish.
