Copenhagen Sparkling Tea 開創了茶飲的新風格,融合北歐創意與亞洲茶文化,打造出有機、低/無酒精的氣泡茶。開瓶時的清脆聲響、鼻尖的茶香、舌尖的細緻氣泡與味道層次,以及美麗的北歐設計,都成為全方位的感官享受。

品牌由獲獎侍酒師 Jacob Kocemba 創立,靈感源自他在丹麥哥本哈根米芝蓮餐廳任職期間的一次經歷 —— 即使擁有超過 1,700 款葡萄酒,他仍找不到一款能完美搭配甜品的酒。最終,他以多種茶葉自家萃取的茶來代替葡萄酒,意外創出一款深受餐廳客人喜愛的全新飲品。

每款茶融合多種茶葉,最多達 13 種,讓風味在口中層層展現。茶葉之間平衡互補,再透過精準調整的氣泡加以昇華。即使沒有酒精,依然擁有迷人的深度和複雜度。

LYSERØD 是 rosé 的極致無酒精版本,亦是系列中甜度最低的一款,口感依然柔滑圓潤。紅莓與紅蘋果香氣濃郁奔放,烏龍茶賦予複雜層次與清爽不甜的質感,並融合了黑莓與洛神花的細緻氣息。尾韻帶有淡雅果香與微甘,茶色呈淡粉紅。

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is a unique, organic sparkling beverage that blends Nordic innovation with Asian tea traditions.

The brand was created by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba while working at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen. Faced with a dessert that no wine could match—even from a cellar of 1,700 bottles—he crafted a tea blend instead. The result was a homemade sparkling tea that quickly became a guest favorite.

Each bottle contains up to 13 carefully selected teas, offering layered aromas, nuanced flavors, and a soft, bubbly texture. With its elegant Nordic design and signature “pop,” Sparkling Tea delivers depth and complexity—without the need for high alcohol content,or even any at all. 

LYSERØD is a sparkling rosé without the percentages.

SILVER NEEDLE / OOLONG / HIBISCUS
The perfect alcohol-free alternative to a rosé. It is the driest version of Sparkling Tea, yet still smooth and round in its taste. You will experience intense aromas of red berries and red apples. A complex and comfortably dry taste follows, thanks to the Oolong tea, combined with hints of blackberries and hibiscus.

It’s all balanced by the smooth Silver Needle white tea and finished with light bitter fruity notes. The colour is a light pink rosé.

Food Pairing:
LYSERØD pairs beautifully with light dishes within the salty kitchen. It goes especially well with seafood and particularly oysters. When the sun is out, it’s a sure hit!
