自1850年由六代人默默耕耘。現時酒莊由Philippe 和 Christine Drouhin經營,他們的孩子Caroline和Nicolas從旁協助。過去每代人都持續開發莊園,唯一目標是山坡上的葡萄園。它們通常較昂貴而低產,但如今終於得到回報。11.5公頃的葡萄園,在其多樣性和質量方面都是數一數二。46%特級園(Grand Cru),14%一級園(Premier Cru),40%為村莊級(Village)。
眾多特級園中,佔地1.5公頃的Chambertin Clos de Bèze,可追溯至古早時期。早在公元 630 年Bèze修道院的僧侶已在此種植葡萄。山坡面向東面,以粘土質石灰岩為主。

2016年的Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru由兩種特釀混釀而成,一種去梗,另一種不去梗,因此整串葡萄的比例大概佔30%。具有非常明確的花香和出色的張力。口感純淨絲滑,紅果比黑果更為明顯,與新橡木桶(80%)融合得非常和諧。它很可能是酒莊有史以來最好的作品。 


Six generations have been running the Domaine since 1850. The Estate is currently run by Philippe and Christine Drouhin, assisted by their children Caroline and Nicolas. Each successive generation continued to develop the Estate with the sole objective of investing in hillside vineyards, which was expensive and relatively low-yield. The bet paid off and today,  the 11.50 hectare Estate is one of the most prestigious in terms of diversity and quality of its appellations. 46% Grand Cru, 14% Premier Cru, 40% village.
Among the Grand Cru, 1.50 hectare parcel of Chambertin Clos de Bèze was planted in 1949, was belonged to the monks of the Bèze abbey and vines were planted here as early as 630 AD. East-facing slope, with clayey limestone.

The 2016 Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru was made from two cuvées, one destemmed and the other not, so that there is around 30% whole bunch. It has a very well-defined bouquet with outstanding tension and focus. The palate is pure and silky smooth, more red fruit than black, very harmonious with very well-integrated new oak (80%). This is the best that the domaine has ever made.
