2019 Gaintus Sobremadurada 非常稀罕,以Sumoll葡萄生產,採收後懸掛在室內脫水。因此,葡萄不會過熟、亦不會在猛烈的陽光下暴曬,乾燥後令糖分濃縮,卻依然保持葡萄的新鮮度。

2019 Gaintus Sobremadurada具有豐富的層次,散發堅果、紅莓、香草的香氣,以及受貴腐菌影響而帶來的蜂蜜味道。12.5% 的酒精度、150 克的殘糖和低 pH 值,令它喝來充滿新鮮感。只出產733瓶半支裝,2022年6月入樽。


The scarce 2019 Gaintus Sobremadurada was produced with red Sumoll grapes that were picked and hang inside a house to dehydrate them. So, the grapes are not overripe and are protected from the sun, concentrated by losing water but keeping the freshness of the fruit.

Winemaking:
A selective harvest is done of the best clusters of Sumoll. The bunches are then transported to an ancient hay barn, where they are hung to dry for more than 4 months in the breeze until the desired level of sugar concentration is reached.
After vinification the wine ages in French oak barrels for 9 months.

The 2019 Gaintus Sobremadurada has very nice complexity with notes of nuts and a touch of botrytis, so honeyed and with red berry fruit and a touch of dried herbs. The wine has 12.5% natural alcohol, 150 grams of residual sugar and a low pH that gives it freshness. Only 733 half bottles were produced. It was bottled in June 2022.
