焙茶(Hojicha)是一種源自日本的烘焙綠茶,起源於1920年代的京都 當時人們為了善用剩餘的茶葉、茶梗、茶枝與嫩莖,創造出這款獨特茶品。

種植於產自靜岡縣——日本最大的茶葉產區,茶園位於海拔約 200 米的地帶。溫和的氣候與多樣的地形,使這裡成為茶葉栽培的理想之地。

這款焙茶是以二採煎茶(Sencha)為原料,經過烘焙製成。烘焙過程使茶葉呈現深紅棕色,並散發出烘烤堅果般的迷人士香氣與風味。

Saicho is a premium tea brand founded by Hong Kong entrepreneur Natalie Chiu and her husband Charlie Winkworth-Smith, dedicated to crafting sparkling cold-brew teas with elegance and precision.

Each tea in their collection is sourced from a single origin, highlighting the purity and unique character of its terroir. The leaves undergo a meticulous 24-hour cold-brew process, followed by delicate carbonation, resulting in a texture that’s silky-smooth and champagne-like — perfect for pairing with fine cuisine or elevating any occasion.

Hojicha is a roasted green tea from Japan that originated in Kyoto in the 1920s as a way of utilising leftover leaves, stems, stalks and twigs. The tea is grown at an altitude of approximately 200 meters in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan's largest tea producing region. The mild climate and diverse terrain make it ideal for tea cultivation. 

Made by roasting second flush Sencha green tea, this Hojicha transforms into a deep reddish-brown tea with an attractive toasty, nutty flavour.
