酒莊位於 Wettolsheim,這地方是阿爾薩斯葡萄園的搖籃,距離舊城區 Colmar 僅 5 公里。Mann 家族早在1793年於當地種植葡萄。大戰結束後,Joseph Wunsch 和 Joseph Mann 攜手於1948年創立酒莊。
現時由第四代接手,為了守護他們的價值觀和下一代,自 2008 年起葡萄園進行有機耕作。他們一方面尊重大自然,一方面減少產量提高品質。

Bubble Gush 是一款氣泡酒 Pet-Nat,在瓶中完成發酵,直接用汽水蓋封瓶。用 Gewurztraminer 釀造,亦是向難以讀出這品種名稱的人致敬:「Gewiss」、「Gustamine」、「Gush」…… 為充滿新鮮感的Pet-Nat,注入一點可愛的幽默感。
它是一款自然酒,不經澄清和過濾,酒內可能會有一些沉澱物,請放心飲用。

Wunsch et Mann is located in Wettolsheim, 5 km southwest of Colmar, that is one of the most important wine villages of Alsace. Since 1973 the Mann family started cultivating the vineyard in Wettolsheim. Joseph Wunsch and Joseph Mann has founded Wunsch et Mann in 1948. 

Today, the 4th generation have been producing Alsace wines that reflect a family tradition. In order to preserve their values ​​and land for future generations, they have lead their vineyard in organic farming since 2008. The control of yields as well as the respect of nature are the guiding line of their quality policy. 

Bubble Gush is a Pet-Nat which has completed its fermentation in the bottle. It is directly marketed with its crown cap. It is a tribute to the ones who have trouble pronouncing the name of the grape variety: "Gewiss", "Gustamine", "Gush"... A little touch of humor with full of freshness!
This wine is unfiltered which may contain sediments. This is safe for consumption.
