Pascal Clément was born to a family of winemakers in Burgundy.  He has over 20 years' experience working in the leading maisons and domains, including the highly regarded Domaine Coche-Dury in Meursault.

Pascal has started his own winery in 2012 with one philosophy: quality of the wines and respect for the terroir. He has worked with his winegrower friends, who have been established for many years and share the same philosophy: respect for the terroir. Most of them have turned to organic farming, some even to biodynamics.

Pascal's approach of wine making is very low-interventional. 80% of his production is white wine.

Les Narvaux lieu-dit lies just above the Premier Cru, Les Genevrières.  At 900 feet elevation, it is one of the highest vineyards in the village with a steep slope.  The vines average 45 years old, on white marl and limestone soils oriented to the south-east.
