創始故事
品牌由獲獎侍酒師 Jacob Kocemba 創立,靈感源自他在丹麥哥本哈根米芝蓮餐廳任職期間的一次經歷 —— 即使擁有超過 1,700 款葡萄酒,他仍找不到一款能完美搭配甜品的酒。最終,他以多種茶葉自家萃取的茶來代替葡萄酒,意外創出一款深受餐廳客人喜愛的全新飲品。

氣泡茶的藝術

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is an innovative beverage category. The combination of Nordic innovation and Asian tea traditions, has resulted in an organic low-/non-alcoholic sparkling drink based on the careful selection of exclusive tea sorts.

THE STORY
Sparkling Tea was developed by the award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba, during his time at a Michelin restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. He realized the many possibilities within the world of tea, when he couldn’t find a matching wine for a dessert, despite a wine cellar of more than 1,700 wines. Instead, the solution came in a homemade tea extract, which consisted of a blend of different exclusive teas. The new drink became a great success and a favorite amongst the guests of the restaurant.

Each bottle of Sparkling Tea blends up to 13 carefully selected teas, creating a rich tapestry of flavor that dances across the tongue. The bubbles are finely tuned to elevate the experience, bringing balance and elegance to every sip.
